- 2022–Founder & Software Consultant, Optimum
I build software products and provide consulting through Optimum Tech. From 2022 to January 2026, I ran Optimum BH, an Elixir and Phoenix agency, leading delivery, technical direction, code review and team development.
- 2020–24StoryDeck
I built a paid proof of concept for Hikaya, then continued the product as StoryDeck as co-founder and technical lead, through MVP and production.
- 2019–Contract work
Contract work included WPA3 support for Nerves on a Raspberry Pi 4, real-time production tracking with GlobalReader, and other Elixir and Phoenix applications.
- 2012–20Earlier
I worked on the backend at Mukuru, a pan-African remittances company, mostly in PHP with domain-driven design and plenty of legacy code. Before that I was full-stack at Klika and Social Eddy.
