I build reliable AI-agent delivery systems.

My current work is about making coding agents useful on real codebases: give them a plan, limit the ways they can go wrong, and check the result.

I started writing software in 2012 and moved to Elixir in 2017. Before agents, I spent years working on CI, static analysis, and test infrastructure. I now use the same machinery to catch what agents get wrong. Models are good at producing plausible code; the surrounding system has to decide whether it belongs in production.

A local software-delivery system that takes one explicitly approved product change through isolated implementation, repository checks, independent review, and a verified Git commit. Its core is Elixir, with Rust at the native process and transport boundary.

Send it a Telegram message and it builds a website, deploys it, and connects a domain. I built the whole product with Kogen to see how the tooling held up outside a demo.

History

  • Optimum Tech

    I run an Elixir and Phoenix agency that later moved toward developer tooling. I handle technical direction and CI/CD, review code, and train the team. Every developer I mentored went on to another engineering role.

  • StoryDeck

    I joined to build a proof of concept, took it through MVP and into production, then stayed as co-founder and technical lead.

  • Contract work

    Twenty-one contracts and more than 4,500 hours. The work included WPA3 support for Nerves on a Raspberry Pi 4, real-time IoT analytics, an esports matchmaking backend, and replacing a legacy PHP service with Elixir services.

  • Earlier

    I worked on the backend at Mukuru, a pan-African remittances company, mostly in PHP with domain-driven design and plenty of legacy code. Before that I was full-stack at Klika and Social Eddy.
